We are a member of the Dublin Convention Bureau and can draw on the expertise of our other convention centres in Cork, Killarney, Limerick and Belfast.

With excellent connections from Europe and North America, it's easy for your delegates to get to Ireland. It's a great place to meet and do business.

We can also add a special Irish flavour to their stay - enjoy a nice pint of Guinness with Oysters, take dinner at the Greyhound track, or enjoy a great "Riverdance style" evening in one of our friendly pubs.

Our Conference and Meeting team will propose all local services as well as act as your housing bureau allowing you the benefit of our specially negotiated rates. We facilitate the work of PCOs and all congress organizers, with professionalism and discretion.  Our role is to assist you locally from the beginning to the end.

From finding and liasing with the congress venues, we accompany you and advise you on the best options for your events. We negotiate the hotels on your behalf and help you manage the accommodation for your congress. We recommend and work alongside the best companies for your stand building, signage, furniture hire, decoration, audio-visual, graphic design and printers, entertainment, security, translators and hostess staff, badge makers, caterers, transportation.  

And we creatively arrange all your social programmes.
